1. Age Requirement All men must be at least 18 years of age, all women at least 21 years of age. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry.
2. Admission Rights BonTon reserves the right to refuse admission to any individual at our discretion.
3. Dress Code Smart, elegant attire is required. Management reserves the right to refuse entry based on inappropriate dress.
4. Conduct Guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards staff and other patrons. Any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the premises.
5. Photography and Recording To protect the privacy of our guests and staff, photography and video recording are strictly prohibited inside the club.
6. Payment We accept cash and major credit cards. All packages and services must be paid for in advance.
7. Cancellation PolicyCancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
8. Liability BonTon is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Use our facilities at your own risk.
9. Substance Policy The use or possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion and potential legal action.
10. Privacy We respect the privacy of our guests. Personal information will not be shared with third parties.
11. Reservation ChangesWe reserve the right to make changes to reservations or packages if necessary, with prior notice to the guest.
12. Compliance with LawGuests are expected to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations while on our premises.
